Sharon was raised and educated in the area, attending both, Holyoke Community College and University of Massachusetts – Amherst. After completing her education, Sharon began her professional journey with a career at Verizon, later shifting to the real estate field. Sharon is a licensed Broker and started the real estate company, RentNoho.com over 16 years ago.
At RentNoho.com, Sharon’s job responsibilities have focused on all day-to-day, as well as long-term aspects of the rental business. Sharon's experience, as well as the deep value she places in customer service and love of helping clients, is fundamental in all aspects of her successes building strong, trusting relationships with property managers, landlord, and tenants. Sharon also consults with local landlords and developers investing in our area. Along with her passion for RentNoho.com, Sharon is a Northampton resident, downtown property owner, landlord, dedicated wife, and mother. She's also a dog lover, having two old English Sheepdogs and two Standard Poodles. When Sharon isn’t working, you can find her in the kitchen, exploring a new recipe or enjoying a sun-filled day on the beaches of Cape Cod!

Renée has been a dedicated member of the Rentnoho.com team for over a decade as a Realtor. She has excellent customer service skills, a commitment to working hard, listening and following through. She is involved in all aspects of the business, providing quality service, and building relationships with clients and landlords. As a real estate agent, she strives to make the rental process as easy, and stress-free as possible. You can rely on her when you have questions or concerns. If you work with Renée, you will find her cheerful and ready to help. Renée was born and raised in the area, has an adventurous spirit, and loves traveling to new places. She also enjoys hiking, crafting, and attending local music, art and cultural events. Spending time with her family is always a high priority. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Renée worked for several years as a counselor, then in customer service for a publishing company. She studied Spanish at the International Language Institute in downtown Northampton (ILI), as well as in Costa Rica. After attaining a Certification in TESOL from ILI, she put it all to use as a volunteer tutor in English for non-native speakers there.

Maura has been in the business of property management for 16 + years and is an expert in handling the daily tasks associated from landlords and tenants alike. Maura's vast expertise allows for a unique and thorough understanding of the real estate rental market.

In 2018, Maura obtained her real estate license and joined the RentNOHO.com team earlier this year. We are fortunate and thrilled to have her!

I have lived in three different towns in Western Massachusetts and have worked throughout the area for over 30 years. I was born, raised and lived in Northampton for about 35 years. I have ties with family and friends throughout Northampton as well as surrounding communities. In my childhood my father was a landlord and through that I saw his hard work and dedication to providing a good home for his family, but also for the many great tenants he had. I learned a lot about building construction through school, as well as working for a reputable Western Massachusetts contractor for 12 years that did work on various projects throughout New England. When I am not working, I am enjoy running, hiking and reading about history and politics. I also like to check out the many different restaurants and breweries throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. Being an agent with RentNoho.com for about 4 years I have and continue to provide the best service for clients as well as landlords.
